5 Star Mafia Southern Maryland has partnered with 5 Star National Mid-Atlantic to bring a premier baseball and softball organization to Southern Maryland. It's about total development of the player. Our most important goal is to help our players reach their full potential, both. on and off the field. On the field we compete at the highest levels in the country. We teach confidence, a winning attitude, process, how to manage failure, professionalism, strategy, preparation, energy, and how to be a great teammate. Off the field we emphasize academics, leadership, communication skills, accountability, and character.

To provide youth baseball and softball players with the tools and resources needed to develop, grow, and play at the highest level possible.

To develop leaders, mentor players and coaches, and teach values that will inspire integrity and greatness.

To provide programs that complement our teams on the field and classroom by cultivating learning through competition, leadership, and respect.

To offer opportunities that build character, teach motivation and foster collaboration, while preparing our players to succeed in all facets of their lives.

Who We Are

5 Star Mafia Southern Maryland is an elite-level program, consisting of teams of various age groups, which operate in the State of Maryland. Players are provided with top-notch professional instruction from qualified coaches. Players will be given the opportunity to compete and a high level and at the appropriate time, showcase their skills, to college and professional scouts across the country. 5 Star Mafia Southern Maryland will not only give players great instruction but work directly with players and college coaches to best assist players in their recruiting efforts.
